Where to go in the Black forest

I%26#39;m looking for suggestions on where to go and stay in the Black Forest. My Mom and I will be there only 3 days around Easter. We are looking for smaller, %26quot;quaint%26quot; towns with history and beauty. We are on a budget, so if anyone can recommend a comfortable, clean place to stay also, would be much appreciated! FYI...we%26#39;ll be traveling by train from Dortmund...Thanks!

If you%26#39;re on a budget best to check out the pages of the towns or their tourist offices. They list normally all existing accommodation incl. private rooms, guest houses etc.
