Munich restaurants on May 1, 2008

We will be in Munich on May 1, 2008 (Labor Day), and we would like to make dinner reservations as there are few places open. Every place I have contacted is closed. Does anyone have a suggestion? We already have dinner reservation for another night at Dallmayr. We love casual, local favorites. Thank you.

The Weisse Brauhaus (facing the Viktualienmarkt) has always had consistently good food (especially Tafelspitz!). I%26#39;ve never gone to Munich without making sure to have eaten there.
