Meersburg to Zurich Airport

Hello,

In April I will need to get from Meersburg to the Zurich airport in time for a flight leaving at 10:00am. Can any one help me with how to go about booking that trip? Am I safe to catch a bus to Friedrichshafen early in the morning and then buy a ticket to the airport? Should I book ahead? Is there a specific bus station I should get off of in F-? I have been to the dbahn website and see that there is a route but I can not find a price. I appreicate any help you can give. Thank you!

You have to take the ferry from Meersburg to Konstanz and then a bsu and a train , you need about 2 hours from Meersburg to Zrich Airport

There are regular connections .

Take this link for details www.bahn.de/international/view/en/index.shtml

give in %26quot;Meerburg Autof?hre%26quot; and

%26quot;Zrich Airport%26quot;

I forgot the prices :

Meersburg- Konstanz is 3,90 Euro

Konstanz- Zrich Airport is 15,40 Euro

DB timetable

http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en

From: Meersburg Autofaehre

To: Zuerich Airport

The EUR 3,90 ticket molineros mentioned is for the ferry + bus to Konstanz railway station.

I took both of your advice, which I very much appreciated. However, I am still getting an unknown tariff message. Any thoughts on that? Should I just book them without knowing the final cost? Would I be safe to wait until I got there?

Thanks so much for your time!

You cannot book the ferry.

You cannot book the bus.

You cannot book regional trains.

Just buy the 2 tickets on spot. These tickets cannot sell out.

1. In Meersburg at the ferry terminal tickets for %26quot;ferry plus bus to Konstanz station%26quot; (ferry alone is cheaper, but than you have to buy the bus ticket extra)

2. At Konstanz station go to the SBB (Swiss Railways) counter (this is a shared German/Swiss station) and buy a ticket to Zrich Airport.
