Do the regional trains in cologne go directly to the Dusseldorf fairgrounds for drupa. I understand this is 9E to go one way.

No. For the fair grounds you have to change to trams in D��sseldorf.

If you have an admission ticket for the drupa local public transport is included. This means:
- regional trains (RB, RE) or S-Bahn between Cologne and D��sseldorf
- buses and trams in both cities
