Can anyone recommend souvenirs to bring to Germany from US for
1. 8 year-old girl
2. 20 year-young man
3. remote family ???
Sorry for the silly question, just hate to bring laughable souvenirs...

You might like to take items that are representative of where you%26#39;re from. For the 20 year old, an item of Chicago sports clothing might be appropriate (maybe possibly also for the daughter). American sports team paraphenalia seem fairly common in Germany with younger people. For a family, perhaps some type of candy, salt water taffy is something that isn%26#39;t available in Germany, or some good candy like %26quot;turtles%26quot; which also aren%26#39;t available, or perhaps different types of fudge, again not available. If they were ever going to visit you, perhaps a nice picture book on Chicago.
