train ticket advance purchase vs day of

I%26#39;ll traveling from Munich to Verona in July. I%26#39;ve found prices on line that start as low as 33 euro. Is this the price I%26#39;m likely to find if I try to buy it at the machine in the station at Munich or am looking at 81 euros or more? If it%26#39;s the latter do the machines sell cheaper tickets a few days in advance?

Thanks

Basically the machines sell the tickets for the same prices like you can get them online.

BUUUUUUT

a) most cheap specials have to be bought at least 3 days in advance

b) most cheap specials are limited in numbers. That you really can get them just a few days in advance is more than unlikely.

There are no %26quot;last minute%26quot; sales if this is what you%26#39;re looking for.

If you buy tickets on spot you have to pay the normal price. No price difference here if you buy online, from a ticket machine or at the counter.

I%26#39;d book the 33 Euro ticket now before the price disappears.
