what time do shops open and close normally?

At the main shopping streets you can expect that shops are open at least Mo-Sa from 10:00 till 20:00.
There are however no rules apart from that shops are closed on Sundays.
Just return from my supermarket (small town) which is open Mo-Sa 07:00 - 22:00. But non-food shops won%26#39;t open that early and mostly won%26#39;t close that late.
