Train travel in Germany

I am hiring a motorhome in Naumburg near Leipzig. I will be coming from Prague and then after returning my motorhome to Naumburg I need to get to Frankfurt to fly home. Can anyone give suggestions on the best way to get from Prague to Naumburg and then from Naumburg to Frankfurt.
