Rock AM Ring 2008

I am looking to fly from Glasgow to Frankfurt (Hahn) then make my way to the Rock AM Ring festival. Can anyone help me with how this works. Where do I go from Frankfurt Hahn? What prices and kind of timelines can I expect?

2007 the frequency of this bus was on Th and Fr every 30 minutes. Return ticket was EUR 10,00.
