How could I go Helsinki, Finland from Frankfurt, Germany in low budget?

There are cheap flights to Helsinki from Cologne-Bonn Airport with GermanWings, www.germanwings.com . If you go to their website you can sign up to be advised of their frequent specials, sometimes even completely free flights.

I agree about Germanwings from Cologne. You can buy the train ticket from Frankfurt airport to Cologne airport for �19 one way on the Germanwings website as well.
