Help on hotel

Hello there. My sister and I will be in Munich for 3 days in June. I found a hotel called the Kings Way. Has anyone heard of it and is it in a good area of town to stay in?

If you have not heard of it, can you give me another suggestion on where to stay that is relatively cheap and in a good area of Munich?

The Hotel Blauer Bock is close to Viktualien Markt and Marianplatz, and relatively inexpensive. It has a good breakfast and a nice staff. There is also an elevator if that is important.
