Oh! So much to see. Depends on what you are interested in. Walk from the train station area to Karlsplatz (Stachus), through the gate and down to Marienplatz and watch the Glockenspiel at 11 and 12 o%26#39;clock.
From there go over to the Viktualienmarkt (outdoors farmers market kind of thing).
Walk past the town hall (the building with the Glockenspiel) to the left it and see the Theatinerkirche and the Feldherrnhalle.
Or when on Marienplatz, go to the street to the right of it, then right, then left and go to the Hofbr?uhaus (just ask anyone for directions).
Or, at Marienplatz, take the U-Bahn to the Olympic grounds.
Or, go up to the top of the Frauenkirche toer (the cathedral near Marienplatx with the two %26quot;onion%26quot; domes for a great view (the inside of the church is wonderful, too).
All of the %26quot;or%26quot; above can be %26quot;and%26quot;, of course.

A correction to DougB%26#39;s comments (which are very good). The Frauenkirche is the Catholic cathedral, not Protestant.
