I%26#39;ll be arriving at 5.30 Saturday evening,are there taxi%26#39;s outside the airport and are there any particular companies that I should be looking for, also how much approx will it be the journey to Berlin Mitte stayind at The Best Western Berlin Mitte. Also ( sorry so many questions ) are there any really good traditional German eateries around, the kind that sell schwein in abundance and maybe an oompah band!!!!

Sorry for the questions but I%26#39;m going with my mum and it is her Christmas gift from me so I want a good start. Thanks Vikki

In Germany you take just the first taxi in the waiting row. Of course if another person was faster than you, you go to the first one still waiting for passengers.

EUR 20-30. Depends at which airport you arrive.

Public transport ticket would be EUR 2,10 (from each of the 3 airports).

Don%26#39;t mix up Bavaria with Berlin. The Berliners are proud not to be at all like the Bavarians.

There are Bavarian eateries everywhere though. Just look for the blue-white checkered restaurant signs! The most exposed one is probably the one inside Sony-centre at Potsdamer Platz.
